To give you more flexibility for a carefree vacation, you can now take advantage of our free rebooking guarantee. So you can still book your well-earned vacation with peace of mind. The vacation parks of TopParken are spacious and located in unique locations in natural areas. So you can still take a break in your own country with peace of mind.

Free rebooking guarantee until the 13th of September

To offer you more flexibility for a carefree vacation you can now make use of our free rebooking guarantee. This way you can book your well-deserved vacation without any stress.

The holiday parks of TopParken are laid out spaciously and the holiday homes have a spacious garden, so you will not have to come in contact with other vacation guests. Even in case of maximum occupancy you will still have sufficient personal space and the distance to other people or group forming will not be an issue. You are thus warmly welcome to come celebrate your vacation with us. We do advise you to stay as much as possible at your vacation address (in and around the holiday home)!

► Only valid on new bookings with an arrival date before the 13th of September 2021.
► Free rebooking is possible once, up to 28 days before arrival.
► When rebooking to a more expensive period, we will charge you for the difference. When rebooking to a less expensive period, you will receive the difference between the previously paid amount and the booking value as a voucher which can be used for a subsequent booking.
► Rebookings can be made upon request and on the basis of availability, if a new stay date has been chosen.
► When rebooking, only a change in the arrival and departure date and the type of accommodation is possible.
► The rebooking guarantee is only valid on bookings made through www.topparken.nl, our customer service, or through our reception.
► The booking can be rebooked no more than once.
► The booking can be rebooked for a stay during all of 2021.
► If there are still unpaid deposits, then you are required to still pay these in order to use the rebooking guarantee.
► In case a booking is cancelled after it had already been rebooked once free of charge, already paid deposits are not refundable.

► If you still have an unpaid balance, then you are still required to pay this in order to use the rebooking guarantee.

► The already paid amounts are not refundable in case of cancellation of a booking after the one-time free rebooking.

Promotional terms and conditions

► Only valid for new reservations.

► One free rebooking, up to 28 days (arrivals from 1 July to 24 December) prior to arrival.

► For rebookings to a more expensive period, we will charge any price difference. If you rebook to a cheaper period, you will receive a voucher with the value of the price difference between your booking and the amount you have already paid. You can use this voucher for your next booking.

► Rebookings are subject to availability and can be made on request using the rebooking form, but only if you have selected new dates of stay.

► For rebookings, it is only possible to change the arrival and departure dates as well as the type of accommodation.

► The rebooking guarantee is only valid for reservations made through www.topparken.nl, our customer service or our reception.

► Your reservation can be rebooked only once.

► Your reservation can be rebooked to any period in 2020 or 2021.

► If have any outstanding deposits, you have to make these payments in order to be able to make use of the rebooking guarantee.

► If you need to cancel your reservation after the free rebooking, any amount already paid will not be refunded.

Promotion conditions

► Only valid on new reservations from the first of April with arrival until the first of July.

► Free rebooking is only possible once up to 14 days before arrival, provided that no new measures are going to be taken by the government.

► In case of rebooking to a more expensive period we will charge you the difference. When transferring to a cheaper period, you'll receive the remaining credit in the form of a credit on your next booking.

► In case of rebooking, only changes to the arrival and departure date and property type are possible.

► Only valid on bookings made via our website, our customer service or via our reception.

Our holiday parks in Zuid-Holland are closed by order of the government until May 20, 2020.

Free exchange guarantee

In order to give you more flexibility for a carefree holiday, you can now use our free exchange guarantee. This way you can still book your well-deserved holiday with confidence. You can transfer your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Please note: this is valid for bookings made from the first of April with a arrival date before the first of July . Book your holiday now on the beach, on the Veluwe or in the hills of Limburg and benefit from our free exchange guarantee.
