A review is verified if a questionnaire is sent after a stay at TopParken, so a review is therefore only verified if a guest has actually stayed there; this is the case at Booking.com. Booking.com strives to publish all the reviews that they receive. However, they add that they will remove reviews if they violate the review guidelines and/or contain sensitive content. Booking.com also has an automated system that specializes in detecting fake reviews. These will therefore be removed and action will be taken against those responsible.
