Beekbergen Recreation Park is beautifully hidden in the woods of the Veluwe, a short distance from cities such as Arnhem, Zutphen and Apeldoorn. The Veluwe is one of the most scenic nature reserves in the Netherlands. There are plenty of opportunities here for nature lovers. In the immediate vicinity you will find vast heathlands, sand drifts, forests and the Loenen waterfall. But even if you prefer a day out shopping or sightseeing, the proximity of Apeldoorn, Zutphen and Arnhem also gives you plenty to choose from. In Apeldoorn, a visit to Het Loo Palace is a must. Or visit the Juliana Tower or the Apenheul Primate Park for a fun day out with the kids.
