Young and old enjoy a fantastic day at Duinrell amusement park. From our park, it is only a 40-minute drive to Wassenaar, where Duinrell is located. The fun attractions are combined with lots of water fun in the Tiki Pool. Do you dare to slide down all the water slides?

What started as a small party grew into a multi-day event full of passion and splendour in which more than 30 cultures are represented. Also experience the sultry summer carnival in Rotterdam and stay overnight at Parc de IJsselhoeve.

Staying at our park means a holiday near Rotterdam. Ideal for visiting the Euromast, the Market Hall or cube houses. Walk across the Erasmus Bridge or just sail under it with a boat trip on the river Maas. You will have a different perspective every time during your holiday near Rotterdam.

After just a 20-minute drive along the river IJssel, you will arrive in Gouda. Enjoy a day of shopping, visit a museum where you can learn more about the rich history of this city or enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants. Also fun, every Thursday in spring and summer there is an old Dutch cheese market in Gouda. A spectacular nostalgic scene that you should definitely have seen once.

Are you a real active person and do you like a challenge? Then cross the mountain bike paths on the Veluwe during your holiday in Lunteren. The wooded surroundings of Ede and Lunteren are very suitable for various routes. There is a mountain bike route of no less than 80 kilometres in the area.

Did you know that the Geographical Midpoint of the Netherlands is just three kilometres from the park? In just under three quarters of an hour, you can walk from Landgoed de Scheleberg to the Geographical Midpoint of the Netherlands, which is located at Lindeboomsberg in the Lunterse bos.

Want to spend a day diving into history and soaking up culture? Then pay a visit to the Kröller-Müller Museum. Here you will find the second largest Van Gogh collection in the world. Not only can you admire these beautiful paintings, but also take a walk through the sculpture garden.

During your holiday, a visit to De Hoge Veluwe National Park should not be missed. Walk or cycle through this beautiful nature reserve and who knows, you might even come across a wild animal. Discover the drifting sand, beautiful forests and vast heathlands.

Do you know what the Netherlands was like 200 years ago? Experience all the history of our country at the Open Air Museum in Arnhem. You will be taken on a journey through time; bet you didn't know many things about our frog country? Thanks to the many interactive games, the museum is also great fun for children!

From Park Westerkogge, it is only a 15-minute drive to the nearby town of Hoorn. The historical centre of Hoorn, with its many cosy restaurants, shops and cultural hotspots, is definitely worth a visit. In Hoorn, for example, you will find the famous Café aan de Haven and various museums such as the Westfries Museum and Museum of the 20th Century.

During your holiday at the IJsselmeer, visit Artis Zoo, just 30 car minutes from our holiday park. Artis has not only a zoo, but also a Planetarium and Aquarium. Take a guided tour and spot your favourite animal! Every day there are different activities on the agenda.

There is nothing more relaxing than an extended bike ride along the waterfront. As you sit on your two-wheeler, enjoy the undulating water that can be seen all the way to the horizon. Let the area around the IJsselmeer and the Markermeer be just the place for such beautiful bike rides. The lakes, which were part of the former Zuiderzee, are surrounded by beautiful nature. On the way, you will also come across picturesque villages and towns where you can take a break with a cup of coffee and a pastry.

Just a 20-minute drive from Park Westerkogge you will find the Simonenhoeve, an original cheese farm and clog factory. At the Simonehoeve, there is plenty to do for young and old; from free guided tours to workshops and various activities. At the end of your visit to the Simonehove, you can also take a look in the cosy shop with cheeses, clogs and other nice souvenirs. Thanks to its location close to the Markermeer and IJsselmeer, you can also practice countless water sports. Hire a boat and float on the IJsselmeer, cast your rod in the Markermeer or explore the area on a supboard. Guaranteed success!

The largest castle located between the Meuse and Rhine rivers is Kasteel Hoensbroek. A beautiful and well-maintained castle where you can see the influences through the centuries. Above the Velvet Cave is Valkenburg Castle Ruins, where history dates back to the 11th century. Admire these monumental remains and discover how the inhabitants lived here.

Soestdijk Palace is a royal residential gem with a rich history. Built in the 17th century, it served as a residence for royal Dutch families, including Queen Juliana and Prince Bernhard. Today, it is open to the public, giving visitors the chance to experience its regal splendour and history.

National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a breathtaking, multi-faceted nature reserve. Walkers and cyclists can enjoy beautiful routes surrounded by a variety of flora and fauna.

The Loosdrechtse Plassen are an enchanting (water sports) paradise and are popular for sailing, boating and swimming. It is therefore an idyllic spot for nature lovers and recreationalists. Float around in a sloop or cross the lake in a sailing boat. Swimming or quietly rowing; it is all possible in this area.
