Complaint procedure

Are you not entirely satisfied with your stay at one of our parks despite the care and effort by TopParken? You may choose to file a complaint. To offer you our best service, we kindly ask you to follow the complaint procedure below.

Step 1: Report your complain to the park reception

Your complaint should first, during your stay at the park, be filed at park reception so we have the possibility of solving your complaint on location.

Should we not be able to satisfactorily solve your complaint, you may still file your complaint within 1 month after departure at step 2.

Step 2: Filing a complaint

Should your complaint, despite the efforts of our employees at the locak park, not be solved satisfactorily, you may file your complaint here in writing. You should file your complaint within 1 month after departure from the park. Unfortunately, we cannot process complains filed older than 1 month.
