Have you already packed your fishing rod? Enjoy an afternoon of fishing in our fishpond. Tip: book a cottage near the fishpond and cast your fishing line from your garden!

In short:

  • Various fishing ponds scattered across the park
  • Only suitable for recreational fishing
  • Carp fishing
  • No permit/license required
  • Fish must be returned to the water after being caught. They are not to be kept for consumption.
  • Sport fishing is not permitted; for this, we kindly refer you to 'Visdorado de Kool'.

Fishing at Résidence Lichtenvoorde

At Résidence Lichtenvoorde, you can enjoy catching fish all day long. The holiday park features several fishing ponds filled with carp, where you can fish without a fishing permit. A large number of holiday homes are located directly on the waterfront, allowing you to cast your line at any moment. Most of these waterfront holiday homes even feature their own private fishing jetty, but the holiday park also offers other fishing spots with beautiful views. Let the fishing fun begin!

💡 Please note: To be able to fish, you must book a holiday home by the water/fishing pond. In the booking system, you need to select the accommodation filter 'By the pond/water' ('Aan de vijver/het water').
