Then TopParken is looking for you as motivated Front Office employee(s) at our holiday park in Lichtenvoorde. At the holiday park, guests can book a holiday home or camping pitch and buy a holiday home. We are looking for several Front Office employees who can support us on the basis of a 0-hour contract.

Description of the function
As a Front Office employee, you are the face of the park and the starting and ending point of an unforgettable holiday. You take care of the check-in and check-out process, process all bookings at the park and give information to guests about the park and its surroundings.

What exactly are you going to do?

  • Taking up and handling traffic.
  • Taking care of the check-in and check-out of guests.
  • Handling of complaints and peculiarities.
  • Processing of bookings in the reservation system.
  • Realising more turnover by means of up- and cross selling.
  • Maintaining and promoting the Facebook page.
  • Coordinating the cleanup.
  • Carrying out small administrative tasks.

Function requirements

  • MBO diploma tourism / receptionist
  • Relevant work experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, German and English.
  • Good command of MS Office, Word and Excel.
  • You are willing to work (including your colleagues) on weekends and public holidays

  • Living within a radius of 30 km from Lichtenvoorde.

This is where you're going to work
You will be working at Résidence Lichtenvoorde in Lichtenvoorde. A beautiful holiday park in the Achterhoek with many facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, restaurant and bowling alleys. On the park are luxury holiday homes for rent and for sale.
