This comfortable holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people and 2 pets. This way you don't have to worry about your beloved four-legged friend during your stay. Inside, the holiday home is tastefully decorated, in a contemporary design, and fully equipped. The spacious living room, with lots of natural light, has a comfortable seating area. Ideal when you want to watch TV on an evening relaxing on the couch. Adjacent is the dining area where you and your entire group can enjoy breakfast or a delicious home-cooked meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything that you can expect to be able to serve a delicious meal, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, coffee maker and Senseo. 

The holiday home also has two bedrooms that can accommodate 5 people. A spacious double bedroom has two single box springs and is complemented by a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single box spring bed. Of course, for that little bit of extra convenience and comfort, the beds are already made for you upon arrival. The contemporary bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink and toilet, completes the layout of your holiday. 

Outside you have a lovely terrace with patio furniture for 5 people. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal or a party game together during the sunny days. Finally, this wonderful holiday home also has an outdoor sauna at your disposal. This delightful and very complete holiday home ensures that you immediately feel at home in all luxury and comfort. The holiday home is non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and you can park your car carefree at the accommodation!

Résidence Valkenburg is located in the beautiful hilly landscape of South Limburg Furthermore, it is only a short distance from Valkenburg and Maastricht. A unique location in the southernmost tip of the Netherlands where you can truly enjoy the surroundings. There are many facilities at Résidence Valkenburg for both young and old. For example, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from 1 May), an Ibiza-style restaurant, and various sports and playing fields. Moreover, there is a bike and mountain bike rental service to aid you in exploring the beautiful surroundings. Cycling, mountain biking, and hiking routes are available. There is also a golf course and an indoor swimming pool nearby. For the children, there are many facilities, including a children's pool, kids' club, Toppe Bob, an animation team, and an entertainment program (during school holidays).

Schin op Geul offers many museums, animal parks, amusement parks, and indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Valkenburg is less than a ten-minute drive away, and the Limburg capital of Maastricht is just 20 kilometers removed from Résidence Valkenburg. Both Maastricht and Valkenburg are certainly worth a visit and both offer a unique Christmas market. During the cycling season, many cycling events are also organized in the immediate vicinity, such as the Amstel Gold Race.
