The cozy Recreation Park de Woudhoeve is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, very close to the Dutch coast. The family-friendly recreation park offers a beautiful environment and many facilities for young and old. Here you will find a lovely heated outdoor pool with a separate toddler and toddler pool . (open from May to September). In the cozy restaurant "Kosteluk Fun & Food", with indoor play paradise, you can enjoy a delicious meal à la carte. Or walk past the snack bar for a tasty quick bite. So is Alkmaar only 30 minutes by bike from Recreatiepark de Woudhoeve. Every Friday morning the famous cheese market is held here. A visit to the St. Adelbert Abbey, J.C.J. van Speijk lighthouse or the ruins of the castle of Lamoraal van Egmond is definitely worth it. Of course, there are also many museums, zoos, amusement parks or indoor and outdoor playgrounds in the area that you can visit.
